North Devon Lodges at Forest Lakes
The structural logs and internal timbers are sourced from sustainably managed Lapland forests; very high quality close grain timber grown above the Arctic Circle. The lodge is constructed from solid logs and benefits from an additional thermo wall to all exterior walls. Ultra-high efficiency low U-value timber double glazed windows and doors are fitted and the substantial insulation is carbon neutral. Our UK kitchen supplier holds FSC and PEFC certificates. Fully recyclable galvanised steel rainwater guttering and down pipes are fitted. Decks are constructed from FSC timber. Interior and exterior wall finishes use water based products (petroleum based products are avoided).
