We have a small number of re-sale lodges at Hartland Forest which will be available exclusively through ourselves from February 2008. Finance
Purchasers generally tend to be cash buyers or release equity from another property. We do not offer assistance with finance and anyone seeking a mortgage is recommended to have funding available before expressing an interest in a lodge.

Viewing
Please note that viewings will be strictly by an appointment made in advance to ensure the availability of the agent and access to the lodge. Sales and marketing are handled from an off site office and no information is available on site to anyone who calls unannounced.
